emotionally informed is an arena for somatic exploration through practices such as yoga, meditation, intuitive movement, and other body-mind connecting practices. each with their unique flair, these tools are beneficial to get you out of your head and into your body, so that you can feel the full spectrum of your being and connect to your truest expression.
from an early age, I started to explore intuitive movement as a way to express what I so deeply felt on the inside. this led me to discover yoga and other somatic tools for bodily presence, and I am now teaching yoga and movement classes with a focus on establishing the body-mind connection.
